There's nothing that I love more than a delicious recipe that not only is loaded with nutrient dense heart-health ingredients but is also so simple!

Broccoli - Kale - Spinach - Celery are green powerhouses!
Loaded with health-promoting compounds filled with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and an excellent way to help your body detoxify!
Ingredients
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8 cups bone broth or chicken broth
4 stalks broccoli chopped
4 stalks celery
2 large handfuls kale
2 handfuls spinach
2tsp Celtic sea salt
Instructions
STEP 1 Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add broth and bring to a boil.
STEP 2 Once boiling, add broccoli. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until bright green.
STEP 3 Add celery and kale, and cook for 4 minutes.
STEP 4 Remove from heat. Add spinach and sea salt, and stir.
STEP 5 Let cool for at least 15 minutes, then transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Serves 4.
In the photos below I replaced spinach for the tops of red beets. Made for a slightly sweeter soup. Absolutely delicious!
